LTP incorporates a little of everything to improve dance technique. Class focuses will routinely rotate through core work, flexibility, strength, balance, turns and leaps and progressive skills to enhance execution across multiple dance styles. It also incorporates creative movement, partnering, and improvisation.
This is an non-performance/support class. PBT also offered during this time monthly (as scheduled)
